Quincho
Barbecue Patagonian style
The Quincho is a gathering space built around a fire pit with a wind screen, benches and tables. It is in middle of the park, and provides the central place for all of our guests to join together for a traditional Patagonian lamb barbecue, which is prepared slowly for five hours.
Un fuego en el centro, el cordero parado asándose, ricas ensaladas, papas, puré de lentejas y muy buen vino, hacen del asado patagón en el quincho, una experiencia inolvidable de camaradería y cultura patagónica.
